The scene opens at the first Ring of Fire live event following Mayhem. The crowd just got done watching a very entertaining match between Goldensting and "Tonga" Tim Manoa. As they are just settling in after the match there is a loud BOOM and a flash from the pyro at the top of the ramp... Suddenly "My Hero" by the Foo Fighters blares throughout the arena. The crowd explodes as the former ROF world champion, the Professor of Excellence, Nick Victory walks out under the titan tron. The Professor, decked out in a dark gray suit, with his hair pulled back in pony tail, looks extremely focused as he makes his way to the ring. The crowd is chanting his name as he climbs through the ropes. Victory asks for a mic and waits for the crowd to quiet down...
VICTORY: Thanks. You guys are awesome(pop)...You know... Pain, extreme pain, can be a wonderful thing. Your whole life flashes before your eyes. You see things crystal clear. You begin to understand the meaning of life and you realise what's most important to you. And when I say extreme pain... I don't mean the beating the Dynasty gave me last monday night(boos) I've been hit with chairs before, powerbombed... Speared through tables, hell, I even sat through the whole "Best of Shane Savage" DVD... Now THAT was painful(crowd pops and laughs)
No. The intense pain I'm talking about is the pain I felt when I saw a medical crew tending to someone very dear to me, Ms. Lovechild(pop) Not once... But twice! I'm talking about the pain I felt when I heard the ring announcer announce Alfonzo Sharpe the NEW ROF world champion(deafening boos) That's the kind of pain I'm referring to. And like I said, that kind of pain made me reflect on my life. As I lied there in the middle of the ring I began to see things... I saw faces I haven't seen in a very long time. And I spoke names I haven't said in years. And it soon became very clear to me... There is strength in numbers.
The crowd begins to rumble in anticipation as to what the Professor is going to say next...
VICTORY: Now as most of you may know. I've spent most of my career as a solo act... But... there was a time when the Professor ran with a gang. One of the most elite factions in wrestling history
The crowd erupts and begins chanting... FIRST FAMILY... FIRST FAMILY!
VICTORY: So I decided. If there's strength in numbers? Then maybe I should even the odds(big pop). So without further a do. Let's get to the introductions(pop) This first man made his pro debut ten years ago. He won the A.S.W. world tag team titles with yours truly just two weeks after his pro debut. In his career he has been A.S.W. North American champion, PWF T.V. champion PWF tag team champion on several occasions, and CWC World heavyweight champion... Ladies and gentlmen... From Atlanta Georgia!... Weighing in at 229 pounds!... The "Madness"!... RYAN BISHOP!!
The crowd explodes as "The Sickness" by Disturbed hits over the sound system. As the pyro goes off on the stage, Bishop comes out totally amped up. His once dark mohawk is now dyed bright green. He breaks into a dead sprint as he runs to the ring. Bishop slides under the bottom rope and hits all four corners to the crowds delight. After hitting the corners, Bishop comes to the center of the ring and shakes Victory's hand and gives him a hug
VICTORY: Oh yeah! We ain't done yet kids!(pop) This next guy... What can I say about this man? In the late nineties, he and I traded the A.S.W. world title back and forth a couple of times. He's held practically every major title worth winning in this business! He comes from one of the most successful wrestling families in the history of this sport. He's been out of the game for awhile, but I get it on good authority that he is just itchin' to get in here and crack heads in only the way he can. He's the only man in this business I call "Sir". Ladies and gentlmen it is my honor to introduce... From Chicago Illinois!... Weighing in at 275 pounds!... Pro wrestling hall of famer!... "The Southside Superman"!... AARON STEEL!!!
The crowd is in an absolute frenzy as "Thunderstruck" by AC/DC pours through the arena. The wrestling legend, Aaron Steel appears under the titan tron. He looks in phenominal shape!Wearing a black tee shirt that says "FIRST FAMILY" in white letters on it and blue jeans. The legendary powerhouse, with his 23 inch arms, looks as if he never retired from professional wrestling. The sold out crowd gives the "Southside Superman" a thunderous ovation as he climbs into the ring. Steel walks up to Victory and shakes his hand. And then he asks the Professor for the mic...
STEEL: Dynasty! Sharpe, Savage, Batista? What you are looking at is the original gang in professional wrestling(pop)We wrote the book on gang fighting! I can say without a doubt... You boys have officially bitten off more than you can chew!
Steel hands the mic to Bishop...
BISHOP: Dynasty! When you jump on one member of the FIRST FAMILY... You jump on all of us! You jagoffs have started a war you can't possibly hope to win!
Bishop hands the mic back to Nick Victory...
VICTORY: (tearing his jacket off) Sharpe! You and your two meatheads started this war, But the FIRST FAMILY is going to finish it! I hope you're taking notes, because class is in session big daddy! I'm going to get my world title back! And the FIRST FAMILY is going to crush the DYNASTY before it even gets off the ground!
Victory throws the mic down. The FIRST FAMILY works the crowd into a frenzy as Victory's music plays over the arena
(end)
